If you are wanting hands on support with your project right from the initial consultation, through to the final furniture installation then our onsite service is you for.

Below, we have broken down the process so you have a clear understanding of whats included in this service and how it can benefit you and your project.

Prices

Below is a guide to my prices for my Onsite service. All prices are my Fee only.

Small Room

£2,200

1 x room such as a small living room, dining room, bedroom or home office

Medium Room

£2,480

1 x open plan space or a large room such as a living room over 4.5m x 4.5m , or a room with bespoke joinery

Large Room

£2,800

1 x complex design such as a kitchen or bathroom renovation that needs detailed techincal work and help with sourcing and managing trades

Whats included...

Onsite Survey & Measure

On appointment, we will arrange a time to come to the property to measure up your space and run through the scope of works.

Sourcing & Procurement

We will source all items for your space using our list of trusted suppliers.

Once we've had sign off on the final design, we will carry out the ordering process for you. We will manage all deliveries to site, at a time that suits you, to ensure minimal disruption is caused to your home life .

Where we can, we will obtain trade discounts from our suppliers and these discounts will be passed directly to you.

Technical Drawing Package

Once the design has been signed off we will develop an interior design drawings package for use during tender and fit-out. This pack will include; electrical plans, elevations, joinery and setting out drawings.

Project Management

During the duration of the project we will make a number of visits to site to check on the progress of the project, check deliveries, and monitor the quality of work.

We will also assist remotely, responding to any contractor queries as and when they arise.

Tender

We will remove any stress of finding a trusted contractor by undertaking the Tender process for you. We aim to approach six contractors with the idea that three or four of them will agree to Tender. This way we will have a range of quotes for comparison.

We will run due diligence checks on your chosen contractor to ensure you have a trustworthy team working onsite

Onsite Installation & Styling

The most important part of finalising your design! We will attend site over a number of days to install the furniture and style the space making it ready to move straight into.
